Investment in education and further training is an investment in the future. A company's greatest asset is not equipment and buildings, but the employees. With their knowledge and commitment, they change the company day to day. Qualified employees are therefore essential to also be competitive in the future.
The course for this is not first defined during job training, but much earlier. We therefore promote the talent of young people in many educational projects and initiatives – in kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and colleges and universities.
